You do not need your clearances to join the PTA....clearances are only needed if you plan on helping out during school hours.
In an effort to keep our children safe, child abuse clearances are required for ALL volunteers through the PTA or in the school. Please complete these clearances checklist below and submit copies to the secretary in the CSE main office. Any questions, please contact Principal Emiliani or any PTA officer. Clearances are good for 5 years!
FORMS NEEDED:
- Volunteer Application form
- Act 24-Arrest/Conviction Report & Certification
- PA Child Abuse Clearance
- PA State Police clearance
- FBI Clearance (PA Resident less than 10 years) OR Waiver (applies only if PA resident for 10 or more years)

FBI Clearance Forms (not needed if PA resident for 10 years or more)
